Digital products purchased from the CHANI shop are automatically delivered via email with an access link once your order has been completed.
To download your digital purchases, simply click the link in the welcome PDF that was emailed to you. You don't need to have a Dropbox account to download the file, but we do strongly recommend downloading them to your personal storage device to ensure that you have ongoing access to the material. Once this product is no longer available for purchase on our shop, there is no guarantee that the link will continue to work.
Please Note: Dropbox may prompt you to download the Dropbox app, log in, or create an account, but doing so is not required to download the file. If you’re prompted to sign up for Dropbox, scroll down and click the button that says: “Or continue to website” or “Or continue with download only.”
For best results, be sure to download the file when you have a strong internet connection.
If you did not receive your product, please search your inbox for messages from Chani Nicholas. These emails can sometimes end up in spam and/or junk folders. If you still can’t find it, email us at sales@chani.com with your order number and we will be happy to help.

Want to send this as a gift to someone else? Simply place your order using your own email address or Shopify account. Then, when you receive the email with the download link, forward it to the gift recipient along with your personal message.
Legacy Digital Products
If you previously purchased a digital product from the CHANI store, and your link no longer works, please reach out to sales@chani.com with your order number and the email address that was used to place the order. We will be happy to send you a new link if the product is still available.
