What are my shipping options, and how long will it take to receive physical products?
We ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, and the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
For shipping within the US, we use USPS. Each physical product order takes up to 5-7 business days to process. All physical product orders also include a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your order in real-time.
For shipping outside the US, we use USPS* and UPS for Canada, and UPS for Australia and the UK. Each physical product order takes up to 5-7 business days to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your order from origination to final destination.
Every effort will be made to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner. That said, please note that estimated shipping times are estimates based on the historical performance of our shipping providers.
*Please note that due to the ongoing labour action involving Canada Post, orders shipping to Canada will only be shipped using UPS.
How does CHANI ship internationally?
To make shipping to the UK and Australia a seamless process, we calculate your total duties and customs taxes as well as your shipping charges upon checkout. **
