If you need to reset the password to your CHANI app account, please follow these steps:
- On the log in screen, locate and select the Forgot Password link below the Password field.
- Enter the email address for your CHANI app account, then select Send.
- Check your email for “Your verification code” from chani.nicholas@chaninicholas.com and note the verification code.
- If you find this email in your junk or spam folder, you can add this email address to your address book to help prevent these emails from being filtered out in the future. You may also be able to mark the message as ‘not junk’ or whitelist this email address.
- Return to the CHANI app, enter your verification code, and create your new password.
- Please note the password requirements listed under the NEW PASSWORD field.
- After entering your new password in both fields, select Confirm.
- Enter the email address and new password for your CHANI app account and choose LOG IN.
