User privacy is very important to us. You can delete your CHANI app account at any time. If you wish to delete your CHANI app account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the CHANI app and select the menu (≡) at the top right of your screen.
- Choose Account Settings.
- Scroll down and select the Delete Account button.
- Follow the prompts to delete your account.
*Please note that deleting your CHANI app account will remove your CHANI app data from our databases immediately. You will need to sign out of the CHANI app on any other devices you use.
Deleting your CHANI app account does not automatically cancel any subscriptions you may have to CHANI premium or trigger a refund for any time remaining. Subscriptions must be managed via your Apple ID or Google Account. Learn more about managing your CHANI premium subscription.
