Please note, offer codes can only be redeemed by new and expired users in the CHANI app (iOS). If after you have typed in your code, and clicked 'return' on your keyboard, you are still unable to successfully redeem the offer code, please email us a screenshot of the offer code and the email address associated with your CHANI user account, so we can look further into the issue. If you already have a premium subscription, it makes a great gift for a friend you think would enjoy the app.
Offer Code Redemption Connection Error
The offer code redemption area is controlled directly by the App Store. If you are seeing a 'connection' message, please reach out to Apple's customer support page and ask for assistance into resolving this issue between the App Store and your Apple ID.
We also recommend, confirming your payment method store in your Apple ID is up-to-date. Although this is a free trial offer, Apple may require your account to have valid payment info in order to use trial offer codes because they use Apple's in-app purchase technology. In addition to this, we recommend making sure there aren't any restrictions on purchase or in-app features set up in your iOS. You can also try to use the code on a different iOS device to see if it resolves the issue.
