To resolve this issue and get the newest features, make sure you are on the latest app version by turning on automatic updates and rebooting your internet modem.
Due to an iOS Wi-Fi bug, audio file loading in Workshop Readings and Meditations might be impacted for some users.
If this issue remains unresolved:
We recommend rebooting your internet wifi modem, briefly disabling the Wi-Fi on your device, then accessing the app via cellular data, which should resolve things and allow you to connect again. We also suggest making sure you are on the latest iOS version available, rebooting your device, and adjusting the Wi-Fi settings again to reset the connection.
If this does not resolve the issue, email us and include the email address associated with your account, iOS version and screenshots of your Wi-Fi settings. We will work with you to rectify this as soon as possible.
