Guidebooks
If you pre-ordered a 2024 Guidebook, it will be available for download in early December.
Your Guidebook will be delivered directly to your inbox via an email from Shopify that contains your download link. For best results, we recommend downloading the file when you have a strong internet connection.
Accessibility: Our Guidebooks come with a format that’s compatible with assistive technology, such as screen readers. This version is included in the download file.
If you do not receive Your 2024 Guidebook by its release date, scheduled for early December, please conduct a search in your inbox for “from: Chani Nicholas in: anywhere.” (Emails from Shopify can sometimes end up in spam and/or junk folders.) If you still can’t find it, email us at sales@chani.com.
Want to gift a Guidebook to someone else? If you know their rising sign, simply order the corresponding Guidebook using your own information and forward the product link you receive to your giftee, along with a personalized message. Please do not click the access link, as each purchase admits only one participant per product. If you don’t know their rising sign, we recommend purchasing a CHANI Shop Gift Card instead so they can redeem it for the Guidebook of their choice.
Workshops
To download the Workshops you purchased, simply click the link in the welcome PDF that was sent to you.
You don't need to have a Dropbox account to download the file, but we do recommend downloading them to your personal storage to ensure that you have ongoing access to the material. Once this product is no longer available for purchase on our shop, the ability to download it may be removed.
Note: Dropbox may prompt you to download the Dropbox app, log in, or create an account, but doing so is not required to download the file. If you’re on a mobile device, simply scroll beneath the prompt and click the button that says “Or continue to website.”
For best results, we recommend downloading the files when you have a strong internet connection and downloading each subfolder individually, rather than trying to download the entire Workshop file at once.
