Because astrology changes minute to minute, the app has to pull in new information to display and refresh, which requires a consistent internet connection in order for the content to load. We recommend having WiFi or cellular data turned on your mobile device and the most recent iOS update and version of our app (requires iOS 14.2 or higher).
We recommend updating your iOS minimally to 14.4 to correct the bugs, reboot your device, delete and then reinstall the CHANI app from the App Store.
We have heard from some iOS 14 users that their WiFi and cellular data connections have been disrupted by known iOS bugs which can impede login and content updates. You should be able to hard-close the app (by swiping the app up, not by signing out) and reopen it and the app will refresh.
Lastly, we recommend running an internet speed test to make sure you aren't experiencing any content update issues due to spotty or lagging internet service.
