We have just released an app update (1.0.5) for these issues. To resolve these problems, please confirm you are on iOS 14.2 or higher, delete the app and then reinstall the new version that is now available in the App Store.
If you have a premium subscription just click the pink 'Restore my existing purchase' on the Trial Offer page and you should have your premium access restored. Note, if you're a subscriber encounter this paywall again, you should be able to resolve with the same method above as well as signing out and then signing back in, which is made easier with our iOS Autofill Password support.
