Apple Family Sharing
First be sure that you have Family Sharing enabled on the Apple ID that will be the primary account to the premium subscription and the appropriate Apple IDs of the members you which to share with are added, confirmed that the member accepted.
Please note that Family Shared subscriptions work only for subscription periods with billing cycle after the time you added your members. It doesn't retroactively give access to subscriptions that were billed prior to Family Sharing set up and members added.
When your Family Sharing member encounters the start your free trial page again, scroll to the bottom of the page past the green button and click on the pink button that says “Restore existing purchase.”
From here you should be all set to access the premium content associated with your own chart from within your personal CHANI account.
If you experience access issues, please confirm that your premium subscription and Apple ID payment method are active, and contact us with your CHANI account emails, type of devices and operating systems.
Adding users to your account
Unfortunately, we don't have the option to add family and friends you don't live with to your app at the moment. We are looking into building out a friends and family plan in the future.
