Apple Family Sharing for premium subscriptions
Please note that Apple requires all family members must use the same country or region Apple ID settings in order to use Family Sharing. Sharing subscriptions only works for subscription periods with billing cycle after the time you added your members. It doesn't retroactively give access to subscriptions that were billed prior to Family Sharing set up and members added.
- Be sure that you have Family Sharing enabled on the Apple ID that will be the primary account to the premium subscription and the appropriate Apple IDs of the members you wish to share with are added, confirmed that the member accepted Apple Family Sharing.
- When your Family Sharing member encounters the paywall again, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Restore my purchase.” From here, you should be all set to access the premium content associated with your own chart from within your personal CHANI account.
If you experience access issues, please confirm that your premium subscription and Apple ID payment method are active, and contact us with your CHANI account emails, type of devices and operating systems.
Adding users to your account
Unfortunately, we don't have the option to add family and friends access to your premium subscription who not a part of your Apple Family Sharing nor multiple birth chart profiles to the same account at the moment. We are looking into building out these features in the future.
