If you're noticing that your CHANI app content isn't updating as it should, there are a few things you can do:
- Make sure you're running the most recent version of the CHANI app.
- Log out of the app from the menu (≡), restart your device, and log back in.
- Delete the app, reboot your device, and re-download the app.
If that doesn't work:
- You can run a speed test to make sure that your internet connection is faster than 25 Mbps.
- Switch between WiFi and Cellular data may also improve internet speeds if one connection isn't strong.
- Reboot your internet modem- this can help reconnect your devices to the internet and improve connectivity.

- Screenshots of the issue, if available
- What model of the device are you using (and the operating system version, if known)
- Is the issue occurring when you are connected to both wifi and cellular?
- The results of an internet speed test on your device (If your wifi download speed is less than 25mbps, can you turn off wifi and connect via cellular data to see if that resolves the issue)
