The CHANI app includes support for iOS Password AutoFill features to make logging into the CHANI app incredibly easy.
In order to utilize this feature, please be sure you have the latest version of the CHANI app installed and your AutoFill Passwords enabled in your iOS Settings.
- Confirm your iOS is 14.2 or above and you are on the latest version of the CHANI app.
- Go to iOS Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords, then turn on and also make sure you have no more than 1 entry associated with 'chaninicholas.com' in the search.
- Go to iOS Settings > Touch ID/Face ID & Passcode and enable for 'Password Autofill' and 'iTunes & App Store'
- Go to iOS Settings > App Store > Turn on the switch next to Automatic Updates. If you don’t have automatic app updates enabled, go to the Settings > App Store > click on your profile icon, and scroll down to see if there is a pending update for the app available to manually install.
Password AutoFill not working?
Make sure you have only one login and password saved for the CHANI app in your iOS Settings > Passwords in the list of apps with AutoFill Passwords.
