Changing account email
Although we are not able to change your CHANI app account email address because it's kind of like your unique identifier, you can log out and create a new account with the correct email. If you have a subscription already, it will automatically transfer over.
We may be able to transfer over your previous saved journal entries. We will need you to contact us and confirm your name, new account email you used to re-sign up and the email address you used to create your first account. Please allow at least a week for the journal transfer process, since it requires us to manually dive into the database and find the original entries.
Changing name or phone number
Please contact us with the email address associated with your CHANI app account and the number or name you'd like to use, and we can update it for you. Please allow a week for the fix to be made, as we have to do this manually. Although there isn't currently a way you can personally update this information, we are working on building this out.
