In order to get the best performance and experience from the CHANI app, we recommend having WiFi or cellular data turned on your mobile device and installing the most recent app update (requires iOS 14.2 or higher). Because astrology changes minute to minute, the app has to pull in new information to display and refresh, which requires a consistent internet connection in order for the content to load.

Confirm your Apple ID payment information and app subscription is valid.

If the app is installed on more than one device…
Sign out and delete all installations of the app. Re-install and log back in on a device that is associated with the Apple ID your subscription was purchased with.
We have heard from some iOS 14 users that their WiFi and cellular data connections have been disrupted by known iOS bugs which can impede login and content updates. We recommend updating your iOS minimally to 14.4 to correct the bugs and rebooting your device. Here are directions to update your iPhone software if you need it.
