Subscriptions to CHANI Premium are managed via your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (Android). To troubleshoot your access, first confirm that your subscription is active:
- iPhone and iPad users: check that your Apple ID payment information and app subscription are valid in the App Store.
- Android users: check that your Google Play payment information and app subscription are valid in Google Play.
If you have confirmed that you have an active subscription, and you still see the paywall in the CHANI app, look for the pink link at the bottom of the page that says Restore My Purchase.
If you don't remember which Apple ID or Google Account you used to purchase your subscription, please reach out to Apple Support or Google Play Support respectively.
If the app is installed on more than one device, sign out and delete the CHANI app on each device. Re-install and log back in on a device that is associated with the account holding your active subscription. Also, please ensure that you are using the same CHANI app account on each device, as well as the same Apple ID or Google Account.
